Delivered to done

Every promise,
on the record.

Second keys. Floor mats. A trade title. Stips the customer still owes you. Written on a three-part carbon form today, tracked by nobody once the customer drives off. Cardinal Owe keeps every promise, in both directions, until it's actually finished.

Ready to pilot

Two directions, one clock each

A delivered deal isn't finished just because the customer drove home. Owe tracks what the store still owes them, and what they still owe the store, and won't let either close quietly.

We owe them

A part on order, a second key, a detail appointment. Each one has an owner in Parts, Service, or F&I, and a due date that ages if it's missed.

They owe us

Insurance cards, stips for the lender, a trade title that hasn't shown up yet. The same tracking, the other direction.

Closing it out

Nothing closes without saying how it was actually finished. A manager can reopen anything that was closed too early. Nothing gets ghosted.

Still paper where paper belongs

The written we-owe still exists, it just isn't typed by hand and it isn't the only copy anywhere.

A real printed form

Letterhead, line items, signature lines, the same shape your store already uses, just typed instead of hand-filled and never illegible.

Drafted updates, human-sent

Owe writes the text to send a customer. A person still sends it, from the store's own number, the way it's always been done.

Aging, visibly

Nothing sits quietly. A promise that's gone past due shows up as past due, on the board, not buried in a folder.

Reports that name names

Oldest open promise, exposure in dollars, and a per-owner breakdown so a pattern is visible before it's a habit.

Everyone sees what's actually theirs

Sales & BDC

Parts, Service, F&I

Only the promises assigned to their department, nothing else.

Admin

Everything above, plus Settings and the Test console.

What we choose not to collect

A first name and a last initial

No phone numbers, no addresses stored in Owe itself.

No texting from the app

Owe drafts a message. A person sends it from the store's own number. Owe never contacts a customer directly.

A stock number, not a VIN

Deals are tracked the way your own floor already tracks them.

What it costs

Priced per rooftop, based on how many deliveries move through a month. A real number comes after the assessment, not before.

  1. A free pilot first. Run it on real deliveries before anything is decided.
  2. Month to month. No contract, no long-term lock-in.
  3. Your numbers, not ours. Measured against how many we-owes were actually open before Owe existed.

Count what's actually open first

Before anything else: how many we-owes are open in your store right now? If the honest answer is "there's no list," that's the whole pitch, and the assessment will tell you so.
